Sorry to be so negative about this place but its true,visit for yourself and see. My opinion is MGM is the best of the 3 Detroit Casinos.They even lack the clean part at time. Hopefully they can get their act together and tiddy up a bit and this would be a 5 star hotel. Also have a couple nice bars in the casino. Now the Soundboard (Concert Venue) is very nice,great place to see a concert,comparible to a House of Blues. Casino is very cool, if they would just get some employees who care and would keep it clean. They don't care! Also the parking garage needs a good power washing,especially in the stairways. I did a test put a piece of paper up on the ledge by the mens bathroom urinal by the hotel entrance about a year ago and that same piece of paper is still there! Tell me how does it not get picked up or thrown away after 1 year. Just seems like the people that get paid to do a job don't do it or they don't know how to clean. Its not very clean either,by the pop machines your feet stick to the floor,the bathrooms are very rarely clean. Most of the workers act like they are doing you a favor. I have been going to Motorcity Casino since it opened and the customer service there is horrible.
